To crest a glacier is a long journey. From afar, the path seems obvious. Only up close can the endless undulations and uncertain footing be seen, felt. Crevasses can be evaded, but smaller setbacks are inevitable. The intricate web of support and struggle requires constant navigation; processes seem to take an eternity. But look back—see the distance: progress. As the world around us evolves and adapts, we do too.
